Dakan

Dakan means Fate. This film of fiction is a love story which happens nowadays in a African big city. Manga and Sory are two twenty-year-old boys. They love each other as it is rare to love. In front of this situation, their two families have to face their parental responsibilities and principles. But they also have to face the hearsays, the gossiping of a society ruled by taboos. The choice between their filial love and the confrontation with this society constitutes the dramatic outcome of this story. 
In front of the incomprehension of the people, Manga and Sory, in spite of being in love to distraction, hopelessly try to conform with the standards that the society where they live has established. They decide to break up, and each one gets married with a woman. But "a leopard cannot change its spots…"
